To request the photos or 911 tapes from your case, you must file a request in person at the West Valley City Police Department located at 3575 S Market Street (Public Safety Building north of City Hall; enter on the southwest side).
A completed Government Records Access & Management Act (GRAMA) request form (PDF) must be submitted for the record(s) being requested. Photo identification and payment are required at the time of the request.
The regular fee for audio recordings is $15, fee for digital photographs is $15 per CD. Payment is required at the time of the request. Your request will be processed within ten working days.
